won't take no for an answer

I was lied to from the beginning! Told them I was disabled and had no money and they kept playing mind games. I signed and was not told of the 3 day return rule and didn't even get a receipt. I was also told, since I was freaking out, that they would come back and take care of everything, nope!

I forgot to mention the worst part. They filled out the paperwork and handed me a pen and told me I had to sign. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General as telephoning the company has done nothing.
