Watch who you are trying to connect with

Ive had an profile on POF for quite sometime. I Pm'd a female who looked like she was 30 or older. I gave her my number for her to call me. I then get a text message supposedly to be from her mother. They supply an FBI badge screenshot and tell me a badge number. I forwarded that on to FBI and block the number.

Out of the blue a man calls me who sounded black saying he wanted to help me solve this situation. Somehow they figured out my real name and said they hired an attorney. They even supplied me a photograpgh of a Protection Order.

I explained I was calling the Miami Dade courthouse to see if the protection order was valid. They ask me to pay 500 to cover the attorney fees.

I told them I wasnt paying anything because I did not meet the girl, or spoke to her on the phone, and I never sent her any nude photos.

So I blocked all numbers and called the local Sheriffs office. They told be I was being scammed. I deleted my profile on POF and I recommend you do too.
