him in nigeria

him in nigeria

I'm an idiot as I fell for a scammer hook line and sinker. He caught me at a very low point in my life as I was emotionally trodden. I'm ashamed to say I fell in love with him.

We have been talking since October 2016 and met on Facebook. He said he doesnt have access to his bank account and I questioned him about that but in my emotional state I didnt really pay attention. I sent him money. It was not much but still it was wrong. It wasnt sent to him directly but to his agent.

Again I ignored that I was so in love. Now he says he is in Nigeria and he is sick of being there and wants to come home to the US. Can I send him money for the plane fare there.

I stopped and said the US Army takes you home. We stopped talking for a while then started again. He wants me to send him some money. Nope no more as I'm done. He is cursing and swearing about how could I do this to him and he didnt deserve me breaking off with him and its so sad.

His name is Juan Aragon.

Please don't beat yourself up over this as they are very good at what they do. Put it down to a bad mistake and learn by it. You are not the only one to be scammed as i was too.

SCAMMED AND DEVASTATED by John Herman Von Strengel
by: Anonymous

Hello. The same thing has happened to me... I fell in love with a man named John Herman Von Strengel (Berlin, Germany). He said, "all the right things, so romantic, a sexy gorgeous accent!"

Every damn story he told me "I BELIEVED!"
I helped him for 2 yrs financially. I don't know how many thousands, thousands and thousands of dollars I gave this man!

He was robbed (I don't know how many times), his son had leukemia, I provided an apple laptop for his work. I have provided thousands and thousands of dollars for airfares at many different times. I sent a PSP4 with games for his sons birthday, etc.

The list of excuses go on and on. I know it is going to sound dumb, BUT I remained faithful to this man! I was crushed when I SAW HIS PICTURES ON eHARMONY, MATCH, OURTIME, PLENTY OF FISH (every single profile with a different name, age, religion, education, etc.)

He asked me to help him transfer funds from CANADA to the US. I told HIM ABSOLUTELY NO MORE, NO MORE!!!!!!!

He changed his phone number, and he is no longer on the WHATSAPP.

I am an honest, hard working catholic woman.
