After 2 phone calls Kirby talked me into a free carpet cleaning and demo. Person arrived on time but then immediately started ranting about how he couldn't possibly clean all that area as he had another appointment and I must have told the people on the phone that I wanted extra done (I Didn't).
He said there was no way they would have said he would clean that much (They did). He yelled at me for about 5 minutes during which I couldn't get a word in. So I had to let him rant and I was getting a little nervous because of how angry and abusive he was. I told him I was not going to tolerate him treating me that way. So I told him to leave, which he would not do until I picked up the phone.
