Raymond Casey is on Scrabble GO as Raymond C. He approaches you and asks for Hangouts. Like some in that game he doesn't tell you much about himself and isn't given much in return.

He is from Houston, Texas, which is where he claims to be currently out of contract. In his words;

Him: I'm a Private Contractor in Oil Drill and Spill

Him: My job is to drill oil from the deep water in the High Sea and transfer to the refinery were it is been refined into Petroleum Gas and other Chemical Products..... I work 400 nautical miles away from dry land.

Me: Does that mean you are on a ship or an oil rig?

Him: Oil Rig.. But right now I'm at home, I haven't gotten my contract signed yet

Well that lasted a day or so. They sent a text meant for another person, tried to correct themselves, then pretty much gave up. We lasted 1 more picture exchange and they went quiet.

Don't Let Them Play You Any More

Hi

If I understand correctly he has intimate pictures of you which you do not want shared with friends and family.

This lot operate on Hangouts, in it's own way it is very secure. That means they do not have your contact list. With no list they can't send any images to family or friends.

There could be more like knowing your social pages such as Facebook or Instagram in which case you should switch to private pages.

You sought help from the police and should do so again specifically asking about "sextortion" and they'll give you good advice on what you can do to protect your privacy.

There is a chance they are bluffing you. The best you can do is to completely cut them off. It will be inconvenient for you but delete Hangouts and your Gmail address and open a new one. They won't be able to find you or your friends.

I didn't want to believe that he was a scammer. It really broke my heart when I found out. He used my motherly emotions to lure me into his trap. We started chatting on ScabbleGo and shortly afterward we chatted on Hangout.

He said that he had a 13-year-old daughter that wanted him to find her a mother since her mother died in a car accident several years ago. He was working on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico and Pearl was staying with his ill father who suddenly died after I refused to send money for his healthcare.

Also, they ask for Steam cards to get food since the $3000 he left for her care was used up. Then it was she needed Steam cards for the internet so that she could talk to both of us. I questioned how she would be able to use Steam cards to purchase groceries, but you know, they never give you a direct answer.

I had been checking his site for months to get proof that he was a scammer or not. To be earnest, I was hoping that he was not.

I blocked him and filed a police report because he threatens to expose my nude photos to my family & friends.

It has been several months and about $2000 later, and I still miss him.

They can really tug on your heartstrings and make you fall deeply in love with them.
