Nigerian Romance Scam

Hello, Ladies please beware of Nigerian fake romance and itunes card fraud scammer "Levine Shaffer". He may also be going by the name of "Jim Kennedy Blackwell" in chat rooms and on dating sites. He will give you the sob story that while he was on a private mission in Afghanistan that his wife cheated on him with his best friend and that he is looking for a new wife and a mom for his young daughter Kennedy.


He will also ask you to open up a bank account so that he can deposit money in it to help support you and your kids. He will also tell you that he is in Lagos Nigeria and works as a private agent for the CIA, has no food and lives in a motel. He will also ask you to get him iTunes Cards in specific amounts of money.

He might also ask you to wire him money via western union and wire back to him to many different receivers who are money laundering and wiring criminals. He also might have money wired to you to pick up for him claiming his agency sent you to wire back to him to many different receivers.

There use to be a man on Facebook by the name of "Jim Kennedy Blackwell" who had pics of Levine Shaffer and his young daughter Kennedy on his profile. He asked numerous women on facebook to marry him and open up a bank account so that he could deposit money in it to help support them and their kids.

I have every reason to be believe that he was my fake Nigerian romance scammer Levine Shaffer. When I questioned him about it he got really vulgar with me and asked me if I was accusing him of being a scammer and flat out told me not to mention the name Jim Kennedy Blackwell to him ever again. He gave his own self away about 3 months ago by letting it slip out he deleted the account.

Ladies also please be aware that he will send you pictures of his erect penis, and ask you to send him nude pics of yourself.

This scammer is still very active under the pseudonym Jarvis Patrick Lowe. I keep seeing him on the site Interpals. Same format, same pictures time and time again. The scammer is a nasty POS from Nigeria

This scammer is still infesting dating and social sites using the name Jarvis Patrick Lowe. He constantly uses pictures stolen from Florida realtor, Travis Teel whose Facebook pictures he has stolen.

Attention this guy is a big scam

He is presenting himself as Jarvis Patrick Lowe with one daughter Kennedy, living in Michigan, USA. His ex wife was a drug addict and he has a full custody of his daughter. He sent me the request on interpals.

Thank you ladies for publishing his picture and for the alert. I dont know whose profile does he use as on almost all the pictures he is with the little girl.

Be careful and if he contacts you and run away as fast as you can.

I got a friend request from him on Facebook and immediately did a reverse photo lookup. I watch too much catfish. His name on Facebook was Jeffrey. G Travis. Do not accept him or message him. The pics on here are on the Facebook profile along with several others including a pic with him and a young girl. Be aware ladies

This guy has a profile on POF (plenty of fish) dating site. His profile name is bryandadof2 and says he is a Civil Engineer. He immediately wanted to text of site. There was something fishy about his grammer, way to correct if you know what I mean. I'm glad I found out about him.

Which dating sites, i would say Tinder because its all scammers, catfishers and players
