I meet a scammer on Pinterest

by Vanessa
(Viet nam)

2 years ago a man sent a message to me on Piterest. He said he was a pilot for the US federal government and was on a three-month business trip to Turkey.

He is very kind and thoughtful. We were in a relationship for 2 years and he disappeared after defrauding me of all my money into a scam company he introduced.

The photo he sent me was actually of a pilot. I tried to find out who it was but to no avail.

My heart is really hurting a lot.

I met this guy too

I got the same scam with Vanessa with the same story from the guy who said he was a pilot and had a contract to work in the US embassy in Turkey for 3 months, working as a pilot to bring ambassadors to many where surrounds Turkey.

Before he worked for Frontier Airlines for 16 years. He sent a message to me via Pinterest (nick Dean Hoang) then asked me to download Line app for easy chatting as he was not often online on Pinterest.

We were keep talking about nearly 4 months. He said his name was Dean Hoang (born 16 Sept 1979 he showed me his Driver License), was born in Lien Chieu Dist, Da Nang, Vietnam, lost parents when he was 6 and his Uncle brought him to US since then. He was widowed since 2019, his wife died of cancer. Now he lives with his daughter named Lexi (born 2014).

He was on his working trip so his daughter was staying with the Nanny at his house in Des 1210 Loomis Ave, Des Moines, IOWA Us with his phone no +1 515-329-4864 (this is really from IOWA but I have never called to as he said it was not roaming at Turkey).

He showed me many photos of him and some pics of his daughter but I think he hacked someones Facebook and Instagram to take their photos. He also told me his FB and Instagram were hacked and someone took his photo to sign in many dating websites. As I found many of his photos on dating websites (of course only he, the liar, not the man in his given pictures).

He is a nice and thoughtful man (same as Vanessa said above) and promised everything. He introduced me to invest in a scam web www.monioqix.net with daily interest. I lost about 1500$ and recognized he is a liar. But he always said he was not a liar and would prove to me by a video call after his contract in Turkey.

He would visit Vietnam to see me and many things else. He also pretended to have to fly to Peru and got troubles there to ask for my support for money to buy drinks and foods but I did not do. Then I found the report of Vanessa about him and stopped talking with him online.

He also has an email address that is

hdean5446@gmail.com

He must be a professional liar/cheater for a long time.
