Extremehours.com abandon customer

I tried to send a deposit to BTC to their (https://extremehours.com) refered wallet address in order to buy an active plan.

But after 23 hours and my deposit still unavailable, what makes me mad is their technical support never respond to all my emails to them,

No one at all, like a dead website, so i think they are going to SCAM people
