"Dr Frank James" on Instagram claims he's a humanitarian naval doctor on a ship in Israel. He provided a phone number that leads to his supposed medical practice in California called Oak Crest Hospital.

On Oak Crest's website his names is "Eden Derrick" and the address is a dirt road. Don't fall for it ladies. He tries to prey on the weak.
