This person is a complete FRAUD! Will convince you he’s going to move to FL or whatever state YOU reside in! Professes his love & devotion to you, marriage, blah blah blah all BS. What he hopes is you are desperate & dumb enough to fall for it and after which he’ll hit you up for THOUSANDS of dollars you need to send him for various BS reasons, such as taxes, lawyer, accident: surgery, air ambulance to take him to the US to be with you - oh the list just goes on!
