After assuring me I didn't have to purchase any product but to only spare 15 minutes for the process, which took almost 3 hours, before I knew it they were signing me up for something I knew I had no interest in buying but what I didn't understand was why they had me put the warranty in my 11 year old daughters name - she's 11? They do not mention that they monitor your credit, and I'm disappointed in the demo job they did on my couch and I'm worried they ruined it.
