This website looks very real and keeps very good records as well. They say they are registered with The Companies in UK. When you search on their registration number the corporation was dissolved in 2016. They say if you don't receive you withdrawal within 24 hours then there is a problem on the receiving end.

I can assure you there is no problem on this receiving end other than their failure to pay. I have sent 3 emails to support over the last 4 days and nothing has been responded too.
