Anthony Ekeh, from Lagos, Nigeria Oceanic Bank is to transfer the fund for an advance fee $1280, but due to my disability they will only charge $180 by western union.

Well I sent $50,. and western union declined the transaction. These frausters are out to take advantage of disabled people.

We need to redflag all these scams coming out of Nigeria.
