Xango Scam

by Harley
(phoenix Az)

My name is Harley and this is a true story about the Xango Scam and I will leave you my E mail if any one cares to verify my story.

My mother Sharon Davidson Unkefer was married to Sherman Unkefer the top salesman of Xango.
After joining Xango in 2004 My mothers monthly income was more than six figures within a few years.

My step father Sherman Unkerfer could not be listed as owner of the company since he was on the hook for $7.5 million of restitution that he was hiding from paying. He would open his Xango sales meeting by telling everyone he was a banker, but would leave out the part of him being senteced to prison for 10 year for fraud.

Google Sherman Unkefer prison to find out the details of this conman's crimes.

My mother would tell any one that would listen that Xango would cure anything, including cancer.
Xango distributers will outright tell you anything to sell the $39 wonder juice, and this included my mother and all of her distributers.

This is a way for Xango to operate legaly, since they claim that they are not responsible for independant distributers claims.

In June of 2008 my mother was diagnosed with cancer and died 2 months later. Dr J Fredric Templeman, one of Xangos top paid spokesmen and father in law of Xango founders brother David Morton came out to Scottsdale Az where my mother lived and advised her go to an alternative cancer clinic called Envita that was also in Scottsdale.

After about a month of useless treatments we had to take her to a hospital where she died on the 13th of August 2008.

Toward the end, my mother realized that Dr Templeman and Xango and the Envita clinic were all frauds.

This story and my connection to Xango have not been too popular with Xango, my stepfather Sherman Unkefer and many people who believe Xango is some miracle juice. I simply want to warn people about what a dishonest and greedy company Xango is.

My mothers Trust is making millions from the juice she believed that would work miracles.
I have asked my mothers trust attorney Grant Teeple and Sherman Unkefer to be removed as beneficiary of her trust.

This juice, and the companies founders and Sherman Unkefer are very sleazy con artists that take advantage of people who want to be healthy and make a few bucks but that rarely happens.

As you can read from this web sight there is no evidence of any thing that Xango claims.

Why did Tommy Johnson leave Xango
by: harley

Looks like one of the top Xango peddlers Tommy Johnson is now with another pyramid scam company Nu Skin. It seemed like just yesterday that Tommy was vigorously hawking Xango juice as a miracle juice and an awesome business opportunity. And now he has jumped the ship after more than 12 years.

Tommy even started his own scheme to rip off college kids called MB30(millionaire before 30)College kids could become millionaires by selling Xango(a direct rip off of Vemma).

A popular lie in the pyramid scheme world is the false notion of residual income. You sign a bunch of people up and then you retire, go golfing and go to the beach.

What happened to the never ending residual income Tommy? Why did no one become millionaires before 30 selling Xango products? Are people starting to figure out that $35 fruit Juice is a scam?

Just like all pyramid scams, the fad fades away and so does the money and the distributors. And then they move on to the next company with the same false promises and super expensive mediocre products.

The last comment was by me Harly, my mother was also a peddler of this Xango snake oil and realized it was a scam while she was on her death bed. My mothers death made us investigate Xango and its so called doctors and scientific studies.

There has never been a credible double blind human clinical study done on mangosteen juice. And it's so called expert doctors are paid family members of the Mortons. Don't be so gullible.

Think for yourself and try and find the truth. Just because a family member peddles this fraud doesn't mean it like is legitimate.

by: Anonymous

The death of my mother resulted in an investigation of her husband Sherman Unkefer that resulted in a $54 million RICO civil complaint and the decline of sales for Xango after I exposed the blatent lies behind the con men like your brother and mother and the Xango founders.

They are ratbags that will stop at nothing to sell a worthless fruit juice that never ever been proven to do anything.

When you take money to start a business, hypothetically in 1994, and knowingly do not report that the money comes from a fraudulent source, hypothetically from a convicted felon who is a family member, how long does the alleged accomplice circumvent justice?

UNKEFER&ASSOCIATES
by: MARICOPA

Let me see if I have this right? Sherman 3 has no associations with U&A. Is that same as not having any association with his deceased wife's Mango Trust? Or is that more like not having an association with OCR which technically was not "associated" with S3 when he "invested" in his ex-con 's (and former partner) 2nd Gold business?

So it is beyond reproach that such a "stellar" organization such as U&A, which has his two sons, grandson, and ex first wife working in the company would also have a financial connection?

Are there ANY similarities of deceitful behavior with other family members in Xango, and his "involvement" with the two Gold businesses?
Is it serendipity that U&A was established in 1994 when S3's eldest son filed bankruptcy and amazingly had $54,000 to start up his insurance company?

Is it coincidence that a company that has "insider" deals for only a select few and while claiming a "down" year for the company is able to purchase a $1,000,000 property in San Diego. Even more amazing is the fact that the purchase is in the same city as S3's OCR's trust attorney.

Is it a great business tactic to sell your insurance business or is it another strategy of fraud, deception and laundering within a family of corruption?

Is this family pillars of the community with their charity giving and the "nicest people, who are willing to give back to their community" or is this a deeper deception and an attempt to satisfy a megalomaniac personality?

What has been the damage done to the individual and families who have been waiting all this time while Unkefer&Family have been enjoying a lavish and privileged life?

What is the cost of justice to the many families who are being impacted and waiting for the scales of justice to be balanced?

Judgement Day is coming!

The timeline is curious...bankruptcy in 1994, most people don't have assets to start a business. When was Unkefer & Associates established...1994. When did Sherman III "conspire with others during his incarceration and after his release in 1996 to conceal millions of dollars in assets and avoid paying restitution to more than 1,300 victims."

Curious indeeded.

Sherman Unkefer, Xango defendants in RICO action.
by: Anonymous

Maricopa counnty(AZ) Attorney news release 5-30-2014. First paragraph of complaint.

A Maricopa county superior court has appointed a receiver to take custody of the assets of a convicted fraud artist who failed to pay up to $7.5 million in court ordered restitution to his victims.

The action is the result of a recently unsealed civil complaint filed by the Maricopa County Attorney's office against Sherman E. According to the complaint Unkefer conspired with others during his incarceration and after his release in 1996 to conceal millions in assets and avoidpaying restitution to more than 1,300 victims.

Pirate or Philanthropist
by: Spider Anon

Luckily there are no family connections between the two, right. And fortunately no fraud money has ever been used to fund other "family" businesses.

Offshore accounts to launder (or should that be laundy?) via real estate, and insurance business is a great front. The three brothers do have a reputation, similar to Madoff's philanthropic work with charities.

Is it still fraud if the money is used for good purposes? Ask the people still waiting for restitution.

Does the apple fall far from the proverbial tree? The family moral compass has gone the way of Captain Jack Sparrow, and no amount of spin is going to change that. Only in Hollywood is being a pirate an admirable quality. Once a pirate and a fraud, always a pirate and a fraud. Every pirate's crew supports their Captain, right up to the point the law catches up.

When the truth is revealed, how will the story finally play out?

Pirate or Philanthropists?

by: Cindy Anders

Wow, I look at all your comments and have to ask, are you like a Xango stalker or something? Good Lord, it's a billion dollar company, whose never missed a commission payment to their 2 million + distributors spread across 43 countries.

Their CEO is splashed across multiple magazine covers raving about his and the companies accomplishments, they are the major sponsor for a professional soccer team (Salt Lake Real) who have the company name plastered on their jersey, they publish the average income of all their distributors (not an industry requirement, but they have an open book/open door practice) and the incomes are good...but yet, you still proclaim they're a scam.

In all sincerity, have you got nothing better to do with your time? By looking at your first comment about Xango way back when, it seems as though you have some stepdaddy issues...which I have to say, has nothing to do with the rest of us 2 million + distributors.

Not to be offensive in any way, but somebody's got to say it here...perhaps, just perhaps...you need to get some help?

Desperate to get more people to show up at meetings, Xango pusher, Tommy Johnson has announced a new plan.

MB30, (millionaire before 30)This is a new plan to recruit young men and women into believing that they can become millionaire's by selling $35.00 dollar a bottle fruit juice - an overpriced health and wellness products.

by: Fredo

Classic crime family strategy:

1. Create a business under a "legitimate" and accepted business structure; often operating and functioning as an "honest" business endeavor.

2. Capitalize the business venture through dubious means, e.g., Ponzi scheme, fraud, and outright ill gotten gains.

3. Eliminate people within your "ligitimate" business that don't fit the family culture of corruption.

4. When your true nature is exposed or questioned, squeeze every drop of profit out of the business before filing bankruptcy - OR- imploy the ultimate fraud...

5. Optimize and extend and divert all liability by selling the business to a larger organization.

So how's the top Xango distributor doing these days?

XANGO TRUTH EXPOSED
by: Xango Truth Exposed

Dear MLM Affiliates and MLM Advocates,

As you may know, my wife and I had high ranking MLM distributorship in Xango until we were terminated in the fall of 2010. When we became Xango distributors we perceived Xango as a highly credible company.

The more we learned and experienced firsthand, the more we began to unravel the truth behind Xango. Very few distributors make a profit.

There is no required or effective retailing of product. After Xango added all their fees, shipping etc. etc. the price per bottle was $2.00 less than Xango’s website retail price. We were treated unfairly because we chose not to comply with Xango’s policy that leaders should make large monthly product purchases.

The way that we were terminated was unethical and lacked any opportunity for resolve. Xango refused to release the evidence that they said they had against us until after we were terminated and acquired legal representation.

When you reach a higher level in Xango you begin to understand that the dream is not what they portray. Only the higher ranked distributors know the truth and unfortunately we became a target. Build your downline, then have it taken away with no evidence or right to object.

Our confidence in the MLM industry remains strong, what has been difficult is to know if a company is legal and fair before becoming a distributor.

Xango delinquent on $347,816.00 property tax.

Looks like the end is near for Xango.

According to the January 4th 2013 article in the Salt Lake Tribune "At the top of the delinquency lists is $347,816.00 owed for the Lehi headquarters of Xango"

The once thriving cure all fruit juice company, that used to fill large meeting halls, is now down to founder Joe Morton, speaking at Pot luck dinners and people's living rooms across the US and Canada.

I think people are getting smart to Xango's scam.

Xango banking on foreign suckers to keep scam afloat
by: carl

Xango seems to be taking the traveling snake oil show to the rest of the world, hoping that they can fool people into thinking that the cheap fruit juice can cure everything.

Many of these countries don't have a US type FDA, that can tell them to stop the crazy medical claims, like they told Xango in 2006..

Sales are way down in the US and these are evident in the shrinking crowds at their company sponsored events, and Xango opportunity meetings.

Their top sales man Sherman Unkefer was just featured in a recent article in the September 20th 2012 issue of the Phoenix New Times: Two ex cons fight for stakes in gold for cash business.

This article goes into depth about the con mans past and present as he fights tooth and nail to have his 7.5 million dollar criminal restitution order thrown out.

The article also gives us a picture of Shermans girlfriend Laundy Unkefer, who was married to his son. Yeah his sons ex wife.

How do these great men of integrity stay in business? it's simple.
THEY JUST LIE!

Xango founder Gordon Morton honorary doctorate?
by: harley

Gordon Morton .com and www.xango.com list the many accolades of Xango founder Gordon Morton.
BYU Grauduate and "holds an honorary doctorate from Canyonville Christian Academy".

WOW! Gordy , very impressive to hold an honorary doctorate.

So of course I Googled Canyonville Christian Academy(CCA) and let me tell you what I found!
A tiny little Christian boarding high school in Canyonville Oregon with about 115 students.

Oh and guess what? Gordy gave the 2008 graduation commencement speech to about 40 high school seniors.

Gordy you must be desperate for attention, who really cares if a tiny high school gave you an honorary doctorate!

Wait!, but there is more, guess who the president of CCA is ? drrrrrrrrrrrrrrum roll

DOUG WEAD!!!!paid pimp for the juice co.
And there is more, good old snake oil back slapping.

Guess who gave the 2009 commencement speech to these fine young skulls full of mush? None other than ex con Sherman Unkefer, Baw ha ha ha.

Does the sleaze ever stop with these creeps? Did these poor kids really have to listen to an ex con snake oil peddler and Xango's creepy founder tell them how great it is to sell worthless fruit juice ??

Poor kids, they are probably scared for life.
They were probably expecting a computer software designer or maybe Paris Hiltons dog, or maybe a reality star.

But no, sorry kids you get a couple of con men.
You really do get a lot when you hire Doug Wead as a paid pimp for Xango. You get Charity awards(2009,2010 National Charity Awards).

One guy got an honorary doctorate from a high school. And Sherman Unkefer got a chance to try and recruit teenagers into the pyramid juice selling racket.

Doug Wead can also get you an honorary doctorate from tiny little CCA,- you just got to have the money and be sleazy enough to think that you can impress people with a title like "honorary doctorate"

"Hey! look at me I have an Honorary doctorate from a high school with 115 students"

Too funny, these sleazeballs in Xango never cease to amaze.

I sure wish he used that disclaimer on my mother before he decided she was gointg to be Xango's experimental cancer cure.

No she didn't get to read that long disclaimer and was dead in 2 months, thanks Doc!

Basicly Dr Q or T hints that Xango can be used as a cancer treatment, but then has a 2 paragraph disclaimer that states I don't want to get in trouble for telling you Xango can cure cancer.

But your aunt June only hears at the Xango meeting, from a doctor that Xango juice will cure cancer and a whole bunch of other medical problems.

Good trick DR Quackerman! and now Aunt June goes around trying to sell a magical healing elixer to all her friends gullible enough to believe the greedy doctor.

See how they play their game with sick people?
Promise them everything, but deny it all in a nice long disclaimer.

Dr J Frederick Templeman dangerous lies
by: harley

Dr J frederick Templeman, the supposed biggest fan of mangosteen should stop his deadly charade of making people believe that Mangosteen and Xanthones have these incredible healing powers.
And that he is just some independent botanical scientist doctor who has been researcing Mangosteen for years.

The bad Doctor just happens to be the father in law to David Morton, who happens to be the brother of Xango founders Gordon and Joe Morton.
Freddy Templeman even calls David Morton his "colleage", How about letting us know you two are inlaws and stop the little game?

In campaign contribution to Mitt Romney, Quackerman lists his occupation as "Xango executive"

Really! You mean to say Xango pays Dr Quack to tell people Xango has incredible healing powers?

Say it's not so!

The old Canadian Quack likes to pretend that he and his "colleage" David Morton have been studying Mangosteen for years and have published several books about the healing powers of Xango.
Funny thing is, the books where published right after Xango came about in 2002.

According to the many bio's of Dr Quackerman, he is a primary care physician, certified in the US and Canada, and is the board member of several research companies in the field of Natural products.

What are these companies? Oh! and he is also sought as a worldwide lecturer.

Other information on Dr Quackerman list him as the head of Phytoceutical Research LLc.
Hmmmmm, fancy name, but as i googled the company I could not find an adress for this so called research facility, When I clicked on to see what book he was selling, the site read unavailable.

Thats strange? I was also hoping to find his lecturing schedule, Hmmm, could not find that either.

Perhaps this worldwide expert (family doctor in Geogia)on the healing powers of Xango was published in any prestigious medical or scientific Journal. Hmmm could not find any
I was hoping to find his education in the study of botanicals, Hmmmm, no nothing there.

Quackerman and Xango peddlers also love to use PubMed as a way of valdating the science behind Mangosteen and Xanthones.

Example of PubMed studies to date, Mangosteen 180, Mangosteen and Xanthones 28.

These are also studies done that are listed in PubMed. Fish oil 19,760, vitamin D 56,314, Banana 3253, Apple 8391. Tomato 13,647. Placebo effect 59,359.

As of this date there has not been one INDEPENDENT HUMAN CLINICAL STUDY ON XANGO.

Dr Quackerman, time to stop the charade.

Xango blame game and the mysterious Dr Deguzman
by: Harley

If Joe Morton is having an opportunity meeting at a pot luck pool party at someones house, I think that shows how far Iron Man joe has fallen since the glory days of Xango.

Come on Joe, don't blame start up companies that are just out to get you and Xango.

And what about all the people leaving Xango?
I was privy to information that Sherman unkefer loaned Dr armundo Deguzman(500k, doctor and surgeon?)about $10,000.

I thought to my self why is a succesful doctor and 500k like Dr. deguzman need $10'000 from my mothers Trust?

Well i gave him a call, and first, I thought it was strange that a doctor did not have an answering service or machine.

Finaly he did call me back, I told him who I was and I asked him about the loan, and why such a succesful guy like him needed 10g?

First he denied it , then i informed him of an accounting showing that sherman had loaned him that money.

He finaly gave it up, and said that he made some bad investments, and had to go, bye bye.
If the residual income from xango comes every month after you have built your down line, why would you need to borrow money?

Somthing is rotten in Denmark or maybe Utah!
I think people are seeing through these clowns and thier little "branding" speech is just not cutting it any more.

LETTER FROM MICHELLE WILSON/JOE MORTON
by: Anonymous

XanGo Nation,

I've talked with the founders about this and we all agree -- we've seen this before as has every successful company and leader in our business. Our success makes us a target. Sometimes that's all you need to say. Here are some suggested ways to respond.

On FACEBOOK..
* Do not post links to videos or articles that are designed to hurt the business you've built. Posting just spreads false information. If you respond, do it with the voice of a leader.

In EMAIL...
* Anything you put in writing lives on. Give them a message of leadership and focus on putting energy into building business.

In MEETINGS...
* To those who ask "I've read things online about XANGO..." remind them they could read the same rough things online about Facebook, Amway and Avon. Big companies are often targets of attack because of their success and the amount of people they reach. Companies like XANGO, in business for a decade, have passed may business tests and are proven ventures.

In COMMENT sections to online articles...
* Make it count, make it short and make it reasonable. "These articles offer no proof and no credible sources for the information they attempt to spread. XANGO
is one of the top companies in the industry, proven and in business for nearly a
decade.

Some key messages to remember:

* Many of these kinds of attacks are accompanied by links to other companies, such as start-ups or secret events you "must attend." They've chosen to try to recruit by attacking others. We've chosen to build by helping others. We have a story to tell. They're story is built on falsehoods. That should tell us what we need to know.

* These online attacks come from anonymous individuals and lack credible sources for their information.

* The videos in circulation show a few people who are playing to the camera in a staged protest. That pales in comparison to our events where hundreds (even thousands of people) are speaking about their personal experience and success. Anyone with a phone can shoot a video and upload it online.

* In networking, we measure success by the leaders involved in the business. These individuals are attacking the
success of XANGO, built by gifted leaders around the world.

* XANGO is in business nearly 10 years. In that time employees and distributors have left the company. That's the natural, expected course of business and we see that in our own businesses.

* There are hundreds of start-ups every year in our industry. Few make it beyond the first year. Less make it to five years. An elite number make it to a decade. XANGO has reached 10 years in business as a high-profile company by empowering leaders to grow and succeed. Any company that begins by attacking
that success is doomed to fail.

In addition to keeping me posted, XANGO has established an email to receive your
feedback and questions: DistributorQ&A@xango.com

All the best,
Michelle Wilson

Oh man! I hope Iron man Joe can whip people into a freenzy at his opportunity meeting in Surprise AZ.

Pool party and pot luck bbq.

Let's hope that the founders of Xango don't spike the Xango with cyanide and tell everyone to commit suicide at the same time on a Tele conference call.

That would be horrible.

I think the time is now for Arron Garrity to sing "Imagine" by John Lennon, and be the first to drink the kooky koolaid.

by: harley

Thank you Annon, I went and googled daniel larouque xango fraud, and came up with a bunch of you tube links.

The videos show poor people from probably Russia or Kazakstan holding up signs with the amount of money they lost in Xango, and they all look pretty mad.

Signs with Aaron Garritty and Laroque, and comments in english about what scumbags they are.
I wish us Americans and our northern and southern nieghbors(canada and mexico Duh) would do the same thing after they lost a bunch of money to these snake oil peddlers.

Another interesting event coming up.
Iron Man Joe Morton, One of the founders of Xango will be out here in Phoenix for a pot luck pool party and oppotunity meeting.

BAW HA HA HA HA

This conman used to speak at fine hotels and convention halls, spreading the miracle healing wonders of Mangosteen (Xango) and how much money$$$$$$ and how your dreams will come true.

Well my Dream is coming true Iron Man Joe! people are starting to catch on that you're all a bunch of liars and thieves.

Have fun at the pool party Joe. Don't drink too much Xango and go swimming, you could drown, and I'm sure after you take a dip in the pool there will be an oily sheen on top.

Dr Shawn Talbott has left Xango!
Sorry all you Xombies, but Xango's chief doctor and co creator of Eleviv, and who else knows what magical supplement is now Vice president in charge at Monavie, another magical juice that uses the Acai berry.

Hmm, wonder why he left? or maybe he was fired or maybe Xango is going down so fast he decided to get the hell off the Xangtanic.

Maybe Sherman is the iceberg in the water that is taking the Xangtanic down and Dr talbott just fell in the lifeboat.

Great point Fredo,
by: carl

It is funny to see so many Xango sellers or Xombies(short for zombie and Xango juice peddler)
try and make the point that just because Sherman is the top salesman of Xango and was sentenced to 10 years in prison for fraudulent schemes, has nothing to do with Xango's wonderful goodness and respectable founders.

Ah, i beg to differ, If you look at Multi level Marketing you will find it is a con mans dream come true.

Whats does a con man do? - he gains your confidence, he makes you comfortable, you like him or her, they dress nice, have nice cars, you soon respect and admire them.

Soon they will give you some great news about a DYNAMIC opportunity, a way you can achieve all your dreams, somthing so good and foolproof.

And then you open your wallet and give and give and give until you have a garage full of worthless or overpriced juice, vitamins, and soap.

Oh, and don't forget about all the sales tools that you where going to recruit your friends and family and strangers with. CDs DVDs books, they lay over there in a pile next to the exercise bike you bought 4 years ago .

So now that the con man got you to buy all of this crap, what do you do?

Nothing, because you're a looser and feel bad that you couldn't be a Sherman or a Bernie, and you take it out on yourself, hmmm I should have read Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill.

And what does the con man do, goes on to next person and the next sucker and the next one.
And it's all legal.

See what I mean, A con mans dream come true.

Get it now!

Maybe thats why Xango gave Sherman an award for being the top salesman in Xango may 31st 2010.

The ceremony was attended by 120 people at the Marriot in COSTA BLANCA ???

I think that is in Spain, I guess giving him the award at a big Xango convention would have just been too much publicity for the old con man.

Smiling faces tell lies...
by: Fredo

Associating with known felons shouldn't be an automatic conviction of one's character, right?

However, if you have any decent characteristics, wouldn't you avoid association with known criminals?

Wouldn't you avoid "owing" them anything? Would you NOT get into bed with them? And facts are facts, it has nothing to do with credibility. "We're just try'n to school you boys."

In addition to the factual information outlined for the Unkefer crime family, let's include laundering money through his boys in the insurance biz too. Con men are natural hypocrites.

I really relate to the song lyrics to "Smiling Faces." Have you ever noticed the Unkefer trait of "a wink and a nod and a smile" while they do you a "favor."

Be careful of those smiling faces...

I've long since retired, my son's moved away
I called him up just the other day

SONS (blood relations) GROW UP TO BE JUST LIKE THEIR DADS.

Whether it CATSHAKER, Republic Monetary Exchange, Occidental, Xango, an Insurance Marketing Organization, or any other legit or almost legit business; "dirty" money will never make any business that is founded with deceit, cannot and will not be ever clean.

And since he could not pass the FBI background check to own a race horse, a family member was used as the front.

The Horse's name is Catshaker, whew sounds kooky.
I think a con man conned the great con man into that money sucking venture.

Don "Sherman" Corleone
by: Fredo

In the Godfather movies Don Vito Corleone, made offers that COULDN'T be refused. And keeping one's family (blood related only) close, and your enemies closer is all about control, power, and narcissistic respect.

If Sherman wasn't German, he'd have made a great Godfather - Godfather "Don Unkefer" Megalomania seems common place in crime families, including the German ones.

Megalomania is a psycho-pathological condition characterized by delusional fantasies of power, relevance, or omnipotence. 'Megalomania is characterized by an inflated sense of self-esteem and overestimation by persons of their powers and beliefs' Historically it was used as an old name for narcissistic personality disorder.

Don't be fooled by family members who supposedly run "legitimate" businesses, give to charities, and hide behind Christianity. That disingenuous facade has been a staple of many con men and con men's progeny. It's a formula that has worked well since man's creation and fall.

Any investigation should include blood relations, as they are ALL a part of the deceit and lies. The truth will reveal itself eventually. I only hope it will be sooner to minimize the collateral damage.

Professional Courtesy
by: Spiderman Anon

Not so fast my friend...

There is an old joke regarding lawyers not getting eaten in shark infested waters...professional courtesy.

The same goes for the "Kardunkefer" klan. Yes, where dirty money is concerned, "blood" relations are VERY important, hence another reason for a paternity test besides a rather kinky love relationship.

Amazing what con men will do for justification and rationalization. One would think that would be enough to sever the familial relationship; however, as the good book says...the LOVE of money is truly the root of all evil.

And not even "kinky" nor paternity prevent "professional courtesy" where dirty money is involved. The progeny son still speaks regularly to the old man, in spite of the strained incestual relationship between SUIII and SUIV's ex.

Dirty money does make strange bedfellows.

The web of lies and deceit continues to get more sticky!

smooth talking preachers and god fearing con men?
by: harley

Ah so true Anonymous, I think one of the funniest scams is when Xango hired preacher, con man, motivational speaker Doug Wead. He was hired as a consultant in 2009 by Xango, and guess what he did?

He brought back his own ` "National Charity Awards" A wonderful charity cheeseball event in DC.

Google this and you will see the Xango elite rubbing shoulders with the likes of Pat Boone and Barry Goldwaqter Junior, wow! and a bunch of Xango bottles on all the tables and 15 to 20 Xango execs gettin Charity Awards.

First event was held in 2009 and second one in 2010. And guess who got a Charity Award in 2010? hmm Sherman Unkefer, WOW! Go Xango! hire Dougy Wead and he will get Pat boone and a few other washed up celebs and make yourselves look respectable.

So Freakin funny when Xombies try and hold that up as if they where right up there with Mother Teresa.

What a clever little awards show.
Doug Wead is another looser who has never sold a bottle of snake oil in his life, but he will sell you a book on how you can sell snake oil, and when you read it, you still won't be able to sell a bottle of snake oil, and neither will he, because you just shelled out a hundred bucks for Xango, $50.00 to watch him speak, and $25,00 for his book. SUCKER!

How does a con man who stashed his money in a Cook Island trust under his dead wife's name so he never has to pay a victim of his looting get a Charity award?

But anonymous, I can tell you his own children are no fan of his, money has always been the number one love in this shallow mans world.
After they were asked to take paternity tests for the sole reason, that Sherman could feel no guilt about hooking up with one of his sons exwives.

And the Shame and digust and outright sickness over this deed pretty much left them all cold to the bone.So I doubt he will ever get a Father of the year award.

Check out Laundy Unkefer Facebook.
She is listed in my mothers trust as Daughter in Law. Stange how evil and decietful liars and con men can go to church on sunday and hawk snake oil on every other day of the week.
Keep spreading the word so people will avoid these predatory smooth talkin juice hawkin vampires.

A Very Generous Criminal?
by: Anonymous

Be very careful of "generous" criminals. How ironic that a man that defrauds $16 million, and thousands of investors, seeks refuge as a "christian" and gives more to christian organizations than he does in restitution. Too bad it isn't his money to give.

Funny how fraudsters like to be high-profile philanthropist and promote self-serving egos when true giving from a christian perspective is NOT about recognition but service, and humility WITHOUT the need for recognition.

There's a real problem when the "gifts" have to be acknowledged rather than given in the spirit of "giving is better than receiving."

But naturally, when it is "dirty" money it is ALL about taking and NOT giving after all.

I do hope the investigation that is being done also extends to the family members who act in a similar megalomaniac manner and will stop this selfish self promotion before more people and more charities get burned.

Is it any wonder that his progeny act and behave in the same deceptive manner like other fraudsters, like Bob McLean, Tom Petters, Bernie Madoff. Red flags are commonalities among many con men: "Evasive & fuzzy about their business strategy, a one person show w/o accountibility."

AND they are well respected because of the public gifts given.

Next to MLM, the insurance multi-level distribution business is a great way to launder ill gotten treasure. And then put it into real estate.

Fuzzy math, and fuzzy "business strategies" are easily not questioned when these fraudster come bearing such "generous gifts."

Beware of meglomaniacs bearing gifts while hurting the hard working common man.

Check out those sons who are in the insurance business too. I think you'll find some of the restituion money there too.

GO HARLEY GO!
by: Anonymous

I did a bit of research on "Sherman Unkfer" and found that his background is indeed dubious. I am wondering what happened to the $16 Million?

And is there any active investigation going on with the Maricopa Attorney General's office in getting back that money for the fraud victims?

Is it or was it being "laundered" through the MLM business and/or the family trust, and/or other relatives, namely his sons?

Actions always speak louder than words. Why hasn't Mr. Sherman Unkefer paid ANY of the money of restitution? Especially IF indeed he is making all that money in MLM.

Who else knows the that scam isn't necessarily the MLM business but the laundering of the fraud money in legitimate businesses or entities. Don't you wonder why there was a trust created in someone else's name and why his son was able to start a business while being bankrupt?

So many unresolved trails, like a spider web of lies and deceipt.

Sounds funny to me
by: Harley

Dan, If you want to feed the starving people in the world, why don't you join Unicef or the Peace core. There are many charities out there that you can volunteer your time and give your money to.

I don't know why you have to sell over priced juice, skin cream and vitamins to people to to feed the needy.

I would just tell your downline to go to Wallmart and buy all their shampoos, vitamins and skin creams for a tenth of the cost of what Xango charge's, and then then they could take the money they saved and donate it to a charity of their choice.

I can understand that you want to do good, but selling products that use lies and hype and are far more expensive than compatible products does no-one good. Except to the pocket books of the Xango founders.

In this tough economy everyone is trying to save a little money, and if some-one has to buy some Xango body cleanse for $9.00, and they are having a hard time feeding their kids, I think an .85 cent bar of Ivory soap would be just as good.
Don't you think it is more important to feed your own kids first?

Or should they buy that $9.00 a bottle body cleanse to feed children in a 3rd world country?
It does not compute Dan.

But I know you tell everyone that most shampoos and soaps and cosmetics give you cancer, right?
Thats right out of the Xango meeting Playbook, tell em everything will give em cancer except the pure and natural goodness of the Xango products.

Once again Dan I know what you all say behind closed doors. Iv'e seen it for 25 years.
I give you another six months before you snap out of this cult. You will wake up and find 50 cases of Xango and assorted crapy products in your garage.

You will feel like a looser and get depressed because you could not achieve that level.
But don't feel bad, this happens to about %90 of all people who get into MLM.

by: Daniel C.

You already know from your own experience that people are making serious money in XanGo. So what does me adding in my salary prove? There are days that when I can I will put in 5 hours and there are days that I put in 30 minutes.

Just like any other business who has over a million people involved, people will do and say stupid things. I cannot speak for them and totally get that your opinion has been based on your facts.

Likewise, my opinion have been based on my own as well. It is unfortunate that we can't agree that XanGo as a whole has done so much better than bad. Humans are involved and we will mess up a good thing.

I got involved to feed my own children and fill a need that I have in my life, this is after all a for-profit business proposition. Before I am able to feed my children, people who need the food with urgency are being fed first.

I am building teams of people who care and have their own needs or passions and want to go in the same direction as me and our leaders. I always knew that there were starving people and I gave to charities when I could and helped out at events when I could.

Not until there was a what's in it for me factor did I focus consistently on doing good works. I am doing what I believe God has laid on my heart. Whatever happens from here on out is not up to me.

If I am meant to be a 500K like Sherman, I would welcome that. If I am meant to be a 5K with a purpose, I welcome that as well.

I have used facts, opinions and rhetoric in our conversation with you. This conversation lets me know that we have a lot more educating in front of us. I will read my comments over and over and find something that I dislike about them and wish I would have said it in a different way.

Harley, one thing that I have found since getting involved is that people who demand facts are rarely concerned with the facts.

What could you hear from me that would change your opinion? I have already stated that I am not a juice salesman and rarely ever talk to anyone about the juice.

I have built a network of Social Entrepreneurs who have seen a social need of hunger and malnutrition and filled that need with a business model that is scalable to actually have an impact. Along the way there have been people who come into my group who have someone that they care about with an illness.

We are very careful not to make bogus claims and we share our knowledge with them and then allow themselves to make their own decision. Some of those people have been people with cancer and some have decided to try it for themselves.

Those that have, have had great results and are happy that someone cared enough to go out of their way to give them an option. If the juice does nothing for them, they have the option of the money back gaurantee.

We do not approach our sharing as that the mangosteen is a drug that can cure an illness. It is a food.

Those that have had something change in their body have never once had a price concern.

A cult?
by: harley

Dan, you still have not told me the medicinal or scientific proof of Xango or it's over priced products.

Or how much you make, how many hours you work at, this selling this junk, sounds to me like a cult.
All i get from you are the same kind of sappy Unicorn and Rainbow type stories.

I'm glad to know the work history of you and your mother.

Sorry to hear she passed at such a young age.
But once again Dan, WHAT DOES $38.00 FRUIT JUICE DO FOR CANCER VICTIMS?

And no Xango and dr Templeman did not help my mother with cancer, Dr Templeman is an incompetent Quack that shells out deadly advice and is borderline criminal in his hyperbolic claims of Mangosteen.

Let's cut all the rubbish. Do you sell Xango to feed the starving children? do you sell Xango to be a better Christian? do you sell Xango for money?

Are you helping people with $38.00 fruit juice,
or do you just want their money?

I care about people too, and thats why I do what I do, make people aware of snake oil peddlers.
And I don't get paid for this and I also give to charity.

And if I can keep one poor sap for falling into this cult your in, then i will break out my guitar and sing CUM BY YA too!

My testimony
by: Daniel C.

I work 50-60 hours a week at my fulltime job and get paid $28 an hour. When this plan works for me, I have to work until I am 65 if I live that long.

My mother died 3 days before her 58th birthday 4 years before she planned to retire. When my grandmother who lived in Germany died 4 months earlier in a hospital bed under doctors orders and care, my mother couldn't go spend time with her because she had a place of employment to report to.

My mom hasn't spent a holiday with us since for the past about 20 years. She would pick up hours for families who had younger kids who she felt should spend time with their families. The last holiday that I spent with my mom was Thanksgiving 2011 at the side of her casket.

I do not have to tell you about the juice (when that is not how I am building this business anyway) and prove to you why I am not willing to follow my mothers path. People die for lots of reasons and you will not see me picketing at my mother's place of employment and harassing the doctor who prescribed her something that she died anyway.

You say that Templeman and XanGo were there for your mother and tried to help her. God bless them and Sharon. If I knew your mother and knew that she was sick and had never heard of XanGo, I would have talked to her about it. Not because I could cure her or solve all of her problems.

I would have done that because that would be the only thing that I could offer besides love and support. There are people in this world that the furthest they take something is to say "I will keep you in our prayers." "We are thinking of you in this hard time."

Then there are people like me and a handful of others who stand up and go with what we know best and actively try to change a situation. Those who are willing to put up with your insults and make up their mind on their own and stand for what they believe have a part in XanGo.

You have posted your thoughts for quite a while now and my business has grown despite your efforts. I am sure there are people who are just learning about us and will turn away after reading your comments.

Maybe one of my comments could do the opposite.

Take care Harley.

Come on Dan, do tell! How many hours are you working a day? How much are you making?

If you have found your calling, them I am happy for you, when you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.

But can you tell me why and what $38.00 dollar juice is supposed to do for the people you try to sell it to?

I want to hear your pitch, come on try me, i might believe you.
I'm glad you are happy and at peace with God, but please Dan give us sceptics hard medical evidence as to what Mangosteen cures.

I am very glad that Xango feeds the poor, but Dan, Bernie Madoff gave millions to charity and only a few questioned his whole operation and they were put down.

Xango scam
by: Daniel C.

Sounds like you have a pretty good life! Hmmm, where to start on my story? I have had a job since I was 12.

I have worked in stores, restaurants, picked weeds at a cranberry marsh one long hot summer, worked at the front desk of a fitness center to try to get through college and have enough beer money. Once out of college I got a summer job burying telephone cable.

After that I decided it would be much better to be the person supervising the people doing the hard labor. So I became an inspector.

I started that position at $8.50 an hour and worked my way up to $28.00 an hour after 12 years. As for golfing, I like golfing and wish I could do more of it. So while having my fulltime job, I picked up a part-time job mowing the fairways at our local course because that way I got the free membership.

When my wife would allow me to get away from the house and my 2 sons, I would go golfing. I was a company loyal man and thought that I would be there until one day I could retire. Then one day out of the blue I got a phone call from a trusted friend who had a business idea for me to check out.

He said that I was the most caring, compassionate guy that he knew and thought that I may get excited about what he just started doing himself. I watched the presentation and met the people he was working with.

I even read the ideas that you and others were putting out there. After much debate, I decided to jump on board. Since then I have met some of the most caring people. My thoughts are respected and I have a say in my future.

I once was very negative towards the industry that I found myself in. After realizing that I was so wrong, I started to think what else I was wrong about. Through my struggles and searching, my team has brought me to faith in the Lord.

That has been such a blessing to me and my life. I am a better husband, father and friend since choosing to become involved in XanGo. Also, I am working to be a large part of feeding 1 million meals. To date, my team has generated about 2000 meals that wouldn't have been delivered without our efforts.

Just recently talked with a lady who holds the potential for that to be an unimpressive amount for my team. Wait a minute, are you saying that it is possible for me to spend my days doing what I want?

Here I thought you were against it this whole time.

Thanks for the encouragement Harley.

My Job
by: Anonymous

Well Dan, Let's just say I fix things for people. And I'm good at it, and I don't rip them off. And most my days off are spent working on the house I just bought.

Are you going to tell me that Xango has made all your dreams come true and all you do is play golf all day, and you only work 3 hours a day.

And all of that other sappy dream stuff that those motivational speakers try to get you to believe?

When I lived at my mothers compound, Sherman would usually work 18 hour days, and my mother would work about 15 hour days and they both would make the most wildest unfounded claims about this so called miracle juice.

I know how you all operate Dan, I was right there.

If you do well in Xango, congradulations! but I know you probably stretch the truth alot and work 18 hour days, and have to annoy everyone around you, including relatives, friends, waiters, parents on your kids soccer team, your gardener, your dentist, on and on and on.

Now Dan tell me how much you make in Xango and what you do with your days?

Yes I am out to expose Xango and it's predatory pitch men, who will say anything to sell a bottle.
So yes I'm out to get you too.

If I saw you trying to sell this stuff and it's supposed "Great Opportunity" to some one, I would be doing all I could to try and warn that person of the lies and false hope you try to give these poor suckers.

I know you and a lot of people in Xango want to distance themselves from Unkefer, and claim that the product is still good despite Xango's number one distributer Sherman Unkefer's FRAUDULENT SCHEMES conviction.

But you don't have to go too far to look at the founders of this company and thier numerous lawsuits, FDA warning, lack of any credible sciencetific research, or human clinical studies.

Amazing that Supposed 3rd party doctors, Templeman and David morton are all related to the founders. David Morton wrote a book on Autopsy illustrations. I don't know how the hell you go from that to being an expert in Botanicals.
And can you please, please tell me why a supposed $ billion dollar company does not have thier own research Lab?

And if this Mangosteen is so incredible then why does Xango not go through the proper procedure's to get this juice approved by the FDA.

I think they can go through the procedure's, but they already know the answer.

It is just juice made by Wild Flavors(a German Company) for probably about 2 dollars at some bottling plant and then hawked to people as some sort of miracle cure.

I'm sorry that Xango is a load of rubbish and you fell for the whole MLM scam.

Get out while you can Dan.

Loss of mother
by: Daniel C.

PS. What I respect about you is that you are standing up for what you believe to be true. I also lost my mother 3 months ago.

It is really hard to read her death certificate that states that she died from "complications due to high blood pressure."

The reason why that is so hard to read is because my testimonial is one of high blood pressure being reduced to average or even envious levels. My mother listened to me and said she would wait until the prescribed medication was found to work or not.

I didn't know what I didn't know and agreed with her. 2 weeks later I found her dead in her house. She was there for 2 days by herself after she passed away.

What I would give to go back and tell her the things that I know to be true. I do not know your mother or know Sherman. I am not in their group. What I do know is that your mother seemed to be a great human being.

My mother was the same way and the world is a different place without her. You say that you are educating people about XanGo when your true motives are educating people about Sherman. I have no problem with that and I know that there are good honest people in his group who will carry on with what they know to be true.

By saying that, I am not saying anything bad about Sherman, I just don't know enough there to know what to believe.

Either way his situation in life has no effect on my life. Except when you come in and trying to shut down a company because of him.

Oh I know a little about Sherman, I did my research there and then had to figure out what it all meant for me and my life moving forward. I chose to believe that Sherman has no effect on my life.

I was just wondering what you thought of me personally. I found what I believe to be Harley's Facebook page by using his email address that was listed. There were some pretty foul things on there and not wanting to believe that was you, I decided to google "bikers and Harley Davidson"

I came up with some even more distrubing things there. Can you believe that there are people who drive Harley Davidson bikes who have been involved with rapes and murders and some other really bad things!?

Now I am assuming that isn't your case and situation but I certainly wouldn't advise you to sell your bike because of it. When you say that you are out to get XanGo, please realize that you are also saying that you are out to get me.

by: Anonymous

Hi Dan C, I am not sure what you mean, your comment was a bit vague. Most of what i have to say about Xango, my mother and Sherman Unkefer(Google Sherman Unkefer prison) are facts and can easily be checked out.

On the other I have seen E- mails that Mr Unkefer sent to people on his Magic Wand mailing list claiming that my wife and I were paid $100.000 dollars a year for working 2 days a week, and now that my mother is dead and she does not employ me, I am out to get Xango.

It's sad to see Sherman lie and lie and lie. Of course he must have the cancelled checks for the $100.000 dollars he paid My wife and I.

I would like to send you e mails I sent to Grant Teeple (trustee)that I do not want a dime from the phony juice company.

I would also like to send you a copy of a recent deposition involving Sherman, and you will see the blatant lies and deception of this great con man.

And if Sherman is such a man of integrity, then why does he not pay his criminal restitution order?

Instead he has hired the law firm of Perkins Coie out of Seattle. This is the law firm that represents Boeing. Yes the Jet company. $$$$$$
Buy more juice folks Sherman needs the money.

Here are some government websites that you can go to verify Sherman Unkefer's criminal history.

azcourts.gov
state vs Unkefer az courts.gov

My brothers and I only want to educate people on the whole MLM scam and it's bogus over-priced junk juice and vitamins, and Xango's so called expert doctor who helped send my mother to an early grave with his expert decision to take my mother to a sham cancer clinic.

You will all see the decline of this company and Sherman unkefr behind bars in the near future.

Dottie, you must have come back from one of those cheese ball, get you all hyped up about Xango meetings.

There is no feud between Sherman Unkefers step sons and he, We don't want any money from him or my mothers trust that he is manager of.

We want people to know that he has shown a side to himself that we were never aware of since my mother married him in 1984.

We found all sorts of things that you will soon find out when certain media publications expose his true nature as a master con man.

As far as Xango goes, we want to also make people aware of what a fraud that this juice and company is.

You also will soon see the demise of this company and will be my friend one day.

As far as Xango's charity work, why don't they just donate the miracle juice to hospitals and cancer patients all over the world, and when they miraculously heal then they could buy food bags for the starving children.

Xango is in serious truoble and you will soon see what I have told you to be true.

I was looking at Xango's WORLD TOUR on their site and thought I would stop by and do a little protesting, I thought it was going to be at some big hall or somthing, Sorry it was going to be held at Carolyn Johnsons house,WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WOW, she use to have metiings at nice hotel halls, but no more.

Iam not going to waste any more time on a fool like you, but have a nice day and get ready to make no money and drive all your friends and family away.

Oh by the way, Xango paid Doug Wead to have themselves get charity awards, for a price you can get a charity award and hang out with Pat Boone one day, good luck.

Whooah there!
by: Dottie C.

It is obvious that there is a huge family feud going on here - likely for reasons that are not completely divulged.

There are a lot of missing links here including your mother's prognosis at the time of her diagnosis and the stage that she was diagnosed at - all important variables.

You may be ticked at Sherman but are certainly misguided in your criticism of Xango. Sherman's past is completely separate from Xango - just as any other distributor's would be.

Aside from your offbeat, unfounded statements about the company, there are several interesting facts about them that I notice you have ommitted - that they donate 7% of all profits to children's charities - if you do the math, it's several millions of dollars.

Check Xango / Operation Smile folks! They and many of their distributors are honored at the Annual Charity Awards in Washington D.C. They have served well over 3 million meals to the starving and underprivileged around the world (and this effort is funded by the distributors themselves).

Check Xango / Americares - it's all there folks! So much factual information left out - but the public can easily read these facts on the official website where they can learn about the Executive Mgmt team, their numerous awards of excellence and leadership - as well as the Press Releases and news stories about the company.

Very transparent indeed. Nothing to hide. And, last but not least, there are hundreds upon hundreds of awesome testimonials of the benefits of their products.

I think you know this all too well - you are just in your angry mode and letting loose!

Get over it please!!!

More facts on con man Sherman Unkefer.
by: Anonymous

I noticed that after Sharon Unkefer died, Shermann went out and got a facelift, and started telling everyone at his sales meetings that it was "I who made this" and "It was me and I" and so on.

Totaly erasing Sharon Unkefer from all of his Facebook and other social network sites.
When Sharon waa alive it was "my wife and I" who created such a succesful Xango buisiness.

Then a funny thing happened. The people that got ripped off by Sherman in the early eighties started asking "hey what happened to the money you were suppose to pay me back".

They would see Sherman braggging on various internet sites about all the money he was making, and that he used to be in the banking business and just decided that selling snake oil was a better income.

And of course not mentioning that he was sentenced to prison for 10 years in 1989 for fraudulent schemes.

This was cause enough to have the District Attorney of Maricopa county in AZ to go after Sherman Unkefer for the $7.5 million in restitution he was hiding his whole life from.

So now that the cat was out of the bag Sherman gave himself a lofty new title "CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE SHARON UNKEFER TRUST".

But there is no denying that his real title should be " cowardly little sissy man hiding behind his deceased wife's skirt.
That guy is a real piece of work.

It made me wonder when my mom was dying that Sherman and his sons ex wife Laundy were always having her sign things when she was totally blotto'ed on pain medication.

I have my mothers trust documents that list Londy as Daughter in law to Sharon and Sherman Unkefer if any one needs to verify what my mothers trust stated please contact me for a copy at harleytcb@yahoo.com

My brothers and I talked to several Lawyers about this creepy new relationship that Sherman and his daughter in law were now involved.

It seemded creepy and no one wanted to think that Father and Daughter-in-law were doing the Mangosteen mombo.

We decided to let sleeping dogs lie, knowing full well that any money in my mothers trust was accumulated by the bogus wonder juice, and lies that eventually led her to any early grave.

My brothers and I have seen the dark side of Xango's hero Sherman Unkefer and don't want any thing to do with him, my mother's trust, or any money gained from Xango.

Responding to Xango's haters
by: harley

Dear Anonymous, Lets get a few things straight.

I, have sent emails to Grant Teeple and Sherman Unkefer stating that I want to be removed from my mothers trust.

My motive for telling my story is not a result of any financial gain or loss. Some people don't want to profit off of ill gotten gains, amazing isn't it that someone would want nothing to do with money that was gained by selling false hope to people in the form of a miracle fruit juice cure.

If no one does anything to expose liars and con men who try to sell you expensive fruit juice, then who will.

And my story is factual as can be since I was there.

My mother never has supported me or my wife.
I was employed to remodel my mothers house, by my mother.

Your response is typical to the hate mail I get all the time from people in Xango. First they tell me that they knew my mom, then how dissapointed my mom would be in me for writing such truthful things, then they go on to attack me.

Yes I was right there watching my mom die drinking Xango. Where were you?

I hope to god that no one has a loved one get cancer, then have Xango's paid pithman Dr Templeman come out and get them to go to a clinic called Envita out here in Scottsdale AZ.

My mom really believed that Templeman and this miraculous alternative cancer clinic and Xango would just wipe that cancer out of her body.
Nope sorry, she just went down faster.

And I asked her about Xango and Quackerman and envita weeks before she died and she said she trusted the wrong people.

You know the truyh Anonymous, If some one asked you if Xango cures cancer you would say yes would'nt you, and perhaps tell them of this wonderful doctor Templeman, the worlds leading expert on Mangosteen. You know you would and so would tens of thousands of other greedy Xango distributers.

Just google Xango and cancer and you will get over 200,000 results.

And don't forget the MONEY, MONEY. MONEY MONEY. Sherman will tell you how much money he is making in Xango and guote bible verses on his Magic wand page and inspire people to be good and prosperous, and at the same time have a team of high priced lawyers try and get him out of that $7.5 million restitution he is still on the hook for.

Yes, I know why you're all mad at me, maybe you won't be able to scam a few people into selling Xango because they have read my story, and that would make your gravy train come to an end.

Harley .

Response to Harley re Xango Scam
by: Anonymous

Harley,

You state that:

"My mothers Trust is making millions from the juice she believed that would work miracles.
I have asked my mothers trust attorney Grant Teeple and Sherman Unkefer to be removed as beneficiary of her trust."

If Sherman Unkefer is removed as beneficiary of your mother's trust, who will then be the beneficiary, you? While your mother was alive, you never spoke out about Xango did you? Of course not, because as long as your mother was alive, she supported you and your wife and you are now upset because your "gravy train" went to the grave with your mother! Which one going to the grave upset you the most - her or the gravy train?

I am not related to you or Sherman Unkefer, and I am not associated with Xango, but I knew your mother well and cried for months after she was gone. I can't help feeling how disappointed she is in you now. You should be ashamed for the way you are keeping your mother's memory alive, but then again, someone has to have a conscience before they can feel ashamed.
