Xango Juice Customer Service Nightmare

by Dave
(Victoria BC Canada)

My mother was taking this stuff and her distributor had set her up on a recurring order.

She eventually became hospitalized for an unrelated manner and the bottles kept coming.

I e-mail their "customer service" department asking them to stop sending them. They claim a 48 hour response to your inquiry. A week went by and another 2 bottles of Xango juice arrived without anyone ever responding to me.

Another letter went off to their company asking them to STOP sending. The same 48 hour response and a week later (now 2 weeks total), nobody has gotten back to me.

The auto-generated e-mail says to call their 1-800 number if urgent. No answer!

DO NOT GET SIGNED UP ON THIS RECURING ORDER AS YOU CANNOT GET OFF OF IT BY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Only way I've been able to stop the orders is to go to the bank and have a stop-payment order applied.

Xango confererence call with Doctor full of outright deception.
by: harley

Good old Dr Quackerman(Templeman) is back in a "my mangosteen.com conference call to all would
be suckers, that have the misfortune of listening to him

Theresa Horab 100k host, has the honor of introducing the "sought after world wide lecturer"
"worlds foremost leading expert on the Mangosteen"

Both are outright lies. When Quackerman is asked how long has he been researching the Mangosteen he says 10 years.

Thats pretty funny, Xango started 10 years ago.
So that means he became a world wide expert overnight, and so did his son in law, who happens to be the brother of the Xango founders.

But Quackerman is always safe to never call Davey his son in law. He likes to call him his colleague or partner. Pretty clever for a couple of snake oil peddlers.

WORLDWIDE LECTURER?????
WHERE AND TO WHO?????????
I can't find one lecture that was never a Xango event that he has ever spoken at.

He would be laughed out of the room if he were to ever be in front of REAL scientists and DOCTORS.

The Quacks lecture's, are usually to people that are going to get set up for a case of $100 fruit juice each month, the old, the ailing ,the gullible, the greedy, cancer victims on and on.

And then the old quack goes on about how he is a consultant to Xango. That's funny too! because in 2007 he gave $2300.00 campaign contribution to Mitt Romney and he lists his occupation as "XANGO EXECUTIVE"

So make up your mind Quackerman? Are you helping out the family or just helping yourself make a lot of money telling lies about worthless fruit juice?

Another good hoax of Dr J Frederick Templeman, is to make people believe he has this research company called Phytoceutical Research llc.

I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE, IT DOES NOT EXIST,there is no address or phone#.

And Dr Quackerman also says that he is a consultant to other companies in the NP(natural product)industry.

WHO ARE THEY? WHAT NP COMPANIES? LUCKY CHARMS?
VOODOO POTIONS??????

I thank the person who sent me this and If anyone needs a good laugh my e mail is harleytcb@yahoo.com.

I will send you this 30 minute boring rant, you can hear for yourself how Quackerman spends most of the time using big medical words and trying to convince us that he is a Famous world renown natural medicine guru and researcher, but the facts are not there.

He is just a sad little quack who will say anything to get your money.

XANGO EXECUTIVE? nice title doc, I'm so impressed.
There are also many more lies in the sad little deceptive interview with Quackerman.

I love the part at the end when he starts to give us all cancer advice and that Antioxidants are good despite what other doctors say.

Now he is an Oncologist!

He must have came to this conclusion at his fantasy research clinic.

I believe God has a special place in hell for this man.
