Beware of a man named Nigel Robert. He is claiming to be an American soldier, stationed in Damascus, Syria. A friend of mine told me that USA has no "boots on the ground" in Syria. My son pointed out to me that the person in the pics is wearing military clothing but has Romanian flag as a patch.
The person in the photos is a Romanian soldier. I contacted another person on Facebook that he is "friends" with and let her in on his deceit. He had not gotten to the point of asking for money yet, but it would have eventually happened.
