mail fraudulent checks to postal inspectors

If you receive a fraudulent check or money order by USPS, mail them to the USPS postal inspectors along with the postage label or envelope,emails (with headers) about the assignment and any letters that came with the assignment.


Mail the original fraudulent money orders or checks only if you didn't cash them. If you cashed them, make photo copies, mail the photo copies and keep the originals. You won't need the originals if you didn't cash them and aren't a real vitim. Use the link below to print out a form.
